customer agreed to purchase the products. Customer did not pay us for any of the merchandise, but chose to use $0 down financing with Acima Financial. We delivered the customer's order/merchandise on 02/10/2017 & 02/21/2017, two deliveries with no extra charge in effort to provide the merchandise to the customer as soon as available. Upon delivery & set up of the merchandise, customer signed our receipt of goods stating they have received all merchandise in undamaged condition and were aware of our policies. All sales are final and we do not offer any refunds or returns. None of the merchandise was reported as damaged or defective upon delivery, hence the signature on our receipt of goods. Our invoice also states all sales are final, no returns or refunds on used merchandise. Unfortunately, since we have provided the customer with the details and product specifications before purchasing and delivered all merchandise without any report of damage or defective at that time, we cannot offer a refund on any used merchandise.
