I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However the process was frustrating and warrants further comment.  It took three months, several phone calls, and two letters before finally receiving a response from the company.  If Mr. [redacted] from K and D Roofing had responded in a timely fashion, the entire episode would have been unnecessary.  Additionally Mrs. [redacted] mentioned that a representative from the roofing manufacturer was out here with her [redacted].  There was no such representative.  I also resent Mrs. [redacted]'s inference that I am confused because of my age.  Her sarcasm was misplaced and uncalled for.

I am rejecting this response because: the business is delaying...

for the purpose  of not having this complaint remain on file. I have contacted this business on numerous occasions and they continuously tell me that they are researching this matter. They have had in excess of six weeks to research it and   Mr. [redacted] has come out to my house to speak with me personally and he advised me that he was going to make the correction and resolve this problem to my satisfaction. This meeting was after telephonic and electronic communications where in he espoused the same declaration.  Mr. [redacted] has no intention of resolving this matter even though I have offered him every opportunity to do so. I do not want this complaint closed until you have written confirmation from me with respect to a proper, honest and ethical resolution. If you need any further information concerning this matter please be kind enough  to email me or call me at [redacted]. Thank you and please do not terminate this complaint with the Revdex.com until this matter is resolved and you hear from me with respect thereto. again, I remain sincerely yours [redacted]
