According to our records this is the first contact we have received from the *** regarding any concerns. Our branch Manager, *** left a voice message on September and made contact with the ***'s today, September and scheduled an inspection for Wednesday, September
at 4:pm.
We will follow up with the Revdex.com after the appointment with the outcome and the best way to resolve the customer concerns

I am rejecting this response because:As I told them the paper work does not add up ,as some of it was not given to my mother,and work was not done.still does not make
sence how they opened up loans in my moms name*** kind of went over things with us but it still does not make senceI think we still need to talk about the amount because its still unfairEven when *** was there I think he could see the affects from my moms stroke and see why they could get away with what they did

I am rejecting this response because: My contract for $10,said K-Design would fix the problem, K-DESIGN saw what was going on, *** came out right after the window had been installed because it had started to leak. *** said the installer had not caulked the areas correctly. Now I have all this new damage. Why didn't they tell me it was a roof problem and I would have fixed it before they put in the new windows, the new frame is all discolored and the frame at the top is sagging and leaking

We spoke with this customers, they need 4 door wraps and hardware for the garage door, which we will have completed by next week.

I am rejecting this response because:  The business did send a man out to work on the bathroom.  When he came my husband had to go with the worker to pick up parts for the bathroom.  Than when they came back the...

worker worked for 3 hours.  He than told my husband that he had to go get something else and would be right back.  When I returned home from work at 4:30pm the worker was still not back at our house.  He returned later at about 6:30pm put his tools away and left.  He told my husband he would be back at 9:00a.m. this morning Dec. 05, 2014 and he could not get what he had left to go get because the companys credit card was not working.  I think we need to talk to a lawyer.

We spoke with the customer. We are going to do the service in 2-3 weeks and we have reduced the service fee to $150 which the customer is ok with.

I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, I was told in the first business response that the business would contact me to settle things.  No contact has been made. No phone call from them.  Then another message comes thru the Revdex.com painting the picture that I am asking them to fix damaged siding and alluding to me being "unreasonable".  At no time have I been unreasonable.  I chose not to pay the $125 fee because I was told nothing of the sort....I was told it would cost over $1100 to have someone fix this and that did NOT include materials.   I was even told the $125 fee wouldn't apply to me because they had moved out of the Southern California area and it would cost me much more to have one of their contractors come to my home.  Secondly, I am not asking K Designers to fix the damaged siding.  I am asking them to fix the siding that has deteriorated and is the result of poor workmanship.  Of the multiple pictures I sent to them showing the deterioration, they chose to highlight the one where a hole has been punched in the siding.  Of course this is clearly the fault of our gardener and I wouldn't expect them to fix.  The reason for sending that particular photo was to show the swelling in the siding where the plants have grown up inbetween the concrete planter and the siding causing the siding to release from the screws and break apart. There are many other issues with the siding in the other photos that K Designers is not addressing in this complaint.Referring to me being reasonable......if you re-read the original complaint, you will notice that I DID offer to pay a portion of the repair up to $200.  This is completely reasonable considering it's nearly 20% of the expected labor on this repair.This matter needs to be resolved and K Designers needs to have a manager call me back and discuss the issues and figure out a solution instead of the back and forth on this Revdex.com site.

Mr and Mrs. [redacted] selected a lighter obscure glass when they purchased the door. Now that the door has been installed they would like the obscure glass to be thicker than the one they chose at the time of purchase. We installed exactly what they chose at the time of purchase so we requested them to...

pay a small fee for changing the glass to a darker, thicker obscurity. The new glass is on order and we should receive it within 10-15 days. We will notify the Revdex.com as soon as the new glass is installed and we have this resolved with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]

We contacted Mr. [redacted] on December 20, 2016 and he set an appointment to receive a free estimate for remodeling his home. Later that same day he called back to cancel the appointment and so we cancelled his appointment for the following day. December 31, 2016 we placed his number [redacted] on...

our internal K-Designers Do Not Call List. In January we discovered that he had an additional phone number [redacted] which we have now placed on our internal K-Designers Do Not Call List.Today we tried to contact him by telephone but left a message on his answering machine to call back so we could explain to him that he should not receive any more calls from us. The message was left on telephone number [redacted]. We found that the number [redacted] has been disconnected.We also researched and found that we have never visited his home, so his reference of someone blocking the mail man or following him and or sitting in his driveway was not a representative from K-Designers. We do not have his email address but we hope he will return our call so we can explain everything to him and make sure he is comfortable with the knowledge that we will not be contacting him again, unless he requests us to do so. If you have any other questions please contact me and I will be happy to respond.

We have set an appointment with the homeowner for Wednesday, October 8 to determine if this is a manufacturers warranty issue, or installation issue. 
We should be able to respond to Revdex.com on Thursday, October 9th with results from the appointment.

They're violators of the National DNC list and they know it. 
The previously mentioned list in my complaint of people receiving unsolicited calls from...

their autodialers have clearly established their lack of ethics.
Calling [redacted] phone numbers indicates usage of autodialers, a sleazy telemarketing practice.

After we measured the window, we were waiting for the glass to come in from the manufacturer. The glass came in and we just finished the instal today. According to our Production Manager the customer is satisfied.

WE SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER ON 9/21 TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUES WERE. WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO LOCATE HIS FILE SO WE COULD ORDER NEW GLASS AS WE ALREADY HAD THE MEASUREMENTS IN HIS FILE. ON 9/28 OUR PRODUCTION MANAGER LEFT THE CUSTOMER A MESSAGE STATING THAT SINCE THE JOB WAS OVER 10 YEARS AGO WE...

COULD NOT LOCATE HIS FILE. HE SAID WE NEED TO SCHEDULE A TIME TO COME OUT AND MEASURE AND CHECK THE WINDOWS AND SCREENS TO SEE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. THIS CUSTOMER HAD A 1 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY, SO WHEN HE ORIGINALLY CALLED WE DID QUOTE HIM A FEE FOR THE LABOR, HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT CHARGING A FEE TO THIS CUSTOMER. OUR PRODUCTION MANAGER IS GOING TO GIVE HIM A CALL AGAIN TODAY TO TRY TO GET THIS SCHEDULED SO WE CAN FIX HIS WINDOWS AND SCREENS, AND REPLACE THEM IF NECESSARY. ONCE WE HAVE A DATE AND TIME SCHEDULED WE WILL ADVISE.

We received the new glass units, we are calling the customer to schedule the installation of those glass units.

I am rejecting this response because: the Windows are not replaced...

yet. A man named Roger came out and measured the window. We were told that they will order the windows and then they will come out to install them. They did not charge the $150 inspection fee. It is our understanding that when they come back to install the Windows we will pay the $67 / hour labor fee.

We had a meeting scheduled for 11/20, which the customer said they could not make. We have been trying to re-schedule this appointment with no luck. [redacted] has been home, but her son [redacted] is MIA. He will not return our calls, and [redacted] keeps telling us that she doesn't know where he is. We will keep trying.

The windows are on order, we should receive them this week or next. Because of the holidays manufacturers are delayed on our orders. The soonest we can take care of the windows we will do so.

The phone number was most definitely put on the do not call list, and we have not called this customer since November. At this point we do not know what else to do. We have appologized for the inconvienence and removed her number from our list. There is nothing else we can do for Ms [redacted]. We sincerely appologize for the inconvienence, and we will never call her again as promised.
