When I asked for a refund they looked at my ID and card that I used to make the purchase, but refused to refund my money. After an hour or so of insisting a refund, they wrote down my card and ID info. I threaten legal issues for them for fraud and theft. This is when I was given a refund. I am very concerned as they have my identity and my card information. This establishment had no problem with charging me for items that I did not purchase.
