Review: My complaint is against K E BUILDERS and owner Mr. [redacted], who was hired as property manager for my property in Valdosta, GA. Mr. [redacted] failed in many aspects. He failed to take care of maintenance issues for the property when instructed. He failed to handle the rent money he collected from the tenants. He failed to deposit the funds in my bank account as he agreed to by the 10th of each month. He has failed to honor the contract that was agreed upon when he was hired. Mr. [redacted] has failed to deposit one month rent and security deposit. I have tried on countless times to contact Mr. [redacted] and he has not return any calls or emails . Mr. [redacted] has proven that he can not be trusted as a property manager or a repair contractor. Mr. [redacted]'s contractor license should be revoked and his business operations shut down because of the miss dealings and deceptions he portrayed disguised as a honest businessman.Desired Settlement: All money that Mr. [redacted] has collected from tenants totaling 1900.00 dollars be deposited in my bank account.
