[redacted] had a guaranteed reservation for 8/4/that she did not cancel and we do bill for that for night rent if it is not cancelled just like every other hotel in AmericaOn August 8th she called our desk to ask us to refund for the no show billingWe did refund the $to herShe did not ask to speak to a manager at that time so we assumed the credit of her no show guarantee was sufficientProof of that refund is attachedPlease explain to Ms [redacted] when you reply to her that we turned away customers who would have rented the room she held by credit card guarantee so this caused us a loss of room rent but we did step away from our billing policy and credited her as she requested, the day she requested it [redacted] GM
