did not ask to speak to a manager at that time so we assumed the credit of her no show guarantee was sufficient. Proof of that refund is attached. Please explain to Ms. [redacted] when you reply to her that we turned away customers who would have rented the room she held by credit card guarantee so this caused us a loss of room rent but we did step away from our billing policy and credited her as she requested, the day she requested it.  [redacted] GM
