Net Health Systems, Inc("Net Health” or “we”),In September of 2016, the customer signed a sixty (60) month contract with Net Health, providing the customer with access to one of our proprietary software solutionsIn July of 2017, the customer contacted Net Health and requested to terminate due to “lack of funding.” Net Health explained to the customer that the contract was not terminable for convenience, and offered to set up a meeting to discuss how he and his team could better utilize the softwareThe customer did not accept this offerOn January 24,2018, Net Health and the customer were scheduled for a call to discuss customer’s use of the software, and the customer did not attendSubsequently, Net Health sent the customer an email, observing that some of the customer’s former clinical staff were no longer employed by the customer, and that others did not attend their training sessions for the software, which could negatively impact the customer’s experience with the softwareNet Health again offered to work with the customer to develop a plan to position the customer for success in regard to the softwareThe customer declined, and repeated his instruction to “cancel the software” as he had not been using it, and Net Health again explained that the customer did not have the right to simply cancel the contract.Net Health prides itself on its high level of commitment to customer satisfaction, and boasts a customer retention rate of 98%We endeavored to provide a positive experience to this customer, and are disappointed that he is not satisfied.In the complaint, the customer listed the names of some Net Health employees, and also used some inflammatory and offensive languagePlease redact this information from the version of the complaint that you publish.Thank you for your attention to this matterIf you have any questions, or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at *** ***.Sincerely, Nathaniel *G***Staff AttorneyNet Health Systems, Inc
