I purchased a Proline flat bed and B W hitches fifth wheel with goosneck. They installed a B W Compainion fifth wheel hitch modl 3000, that I could not use do to height of unit. Talked with [redacted] salesman and he refered me to the owner [redacted]. Eric said that I would need to purchase a RVK 3050 unit that he said was not available when I purchased mone from KE Rose through Kerry Ford. I checked with B W hitch and found that this model has been available for ten years, Eric said that they did not make a mistake and install the wrong unot on this application, WRONG they did and could have saved me a lot of time and more money. Eric said that it would cost another $800.00 dollars to get a RUK 3050 and again I checked with B W again and they gave me excactly what I needed to correct the issue for $367 dollars witch was a RVB 3055 base unit. Eric try to blame everyone but their sales department for this issue saying that they did not make a mistake. WRONG they did and would not work or correct this for me without more cost above what I did it for and ten minutes of research. I would not reccomend this company as they do not back up there bad mistakes.
