Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I was never told Chris misbilled. I elected to bring the computer in rather than pay $75. In between annual checks I have called needing service & they have NEVER returned my calls. They also had set me up for offsite help, the ability for them to access my computer offsite. That disappeared without warning. My tone has been one of flustration. In short they have abandoned their retail customers. (Chris is no longer employed there and is now available to their former customers)Sincerely,*** ***

KFE Microsystems closed its retail business on 12-31-and *** was made aware of this in Januarywhen she came inBack in when she had an onsite call that the technician (Chris) mistakenly changedher $Our rate is $per hourThe next year when she
wanted the same service we told herabout the mistake and even reduced our price down from $to $She refused to pay and so KFE had atechnician come to our office at a specific time just for herEven after leaving an augmentative phonemessage this November we once again sent a technician to our office just for herWithout going into a lot ofdetail the retail side of KFE is out of business and because of the repeated bad attitude she has given all ofour technicians none of them are willing to service her anymoreKFE we will no longer service *** andchoose not to continue to do business with her
