Review: I HAD DROPPED BY CLOTHES TO THE LAUNDRY LOCATION ON MONDAY, JULY [redacted]. WHEN I PICKED UP THE 13LBS. OF CLOTHES THERE WAS BROWN OIL ALL OVER MY BAG. I TOOK THE CLOTHES OUT IN FRONT OF THE OWNER AND MANAGER TO FIND THEY WERE ALL COVERED WITH THIS BROWN OIL. OWNER SAID I BROUGHT IT IN THAT WAY AND I SAID NO I DID NOT. THEY BROUGHT IT BACK TO BE CLEANED TO ARJ LAUNDRY SERVICES, INC WHERE THEY DID NOT COME OUT. I SPOKE TO [redacted] THE MANAGER AT ARJ AND HE SAID HE WOULD SPLIT THE COST WITH K F LAUNDRY AND CLEANER, HOWEVER, [redacted] THE OWNER OF K F LAUNDRY AND CLEANER SAID NO. I DID NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK FOR $500 WORTH OF DAMAGED CLOTHES BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR THIS. I AM SPEAKING TO A LAWYER ABOUT POSSIBLE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I CALLED THE POLICE AND FILED A POLICE REPORT YESTERDAY ABOUT THIS AND THE POLICE CAME TO K F LAUNDRY AND CLEANER AND SAID TAKE THEM TO COURT.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE MONEY BACK THAT IS OWED TO ME FOR THE DAMAGED CLOTHES. I HAVE ALL THE DAMAGED CLOTHES WITH PHOTOS.

Review: I had a horrible experience with them. Actually felt like a scene from Seinfeld. A day after receiving my delivery, I realized one of my dry cleaning items was not returned. I had receipt and went in to explain. At first they asked me details of the item Color, solid or print, etc. and seemed willing to help. All along the younger woman was translating for the the older woman. After receiving the details of the item, they insisted they never make mistakes and literally started yelling at me. And the younger woman took the receipt I had just brought in to help find missing item, put it behind her back and refused to return it to me. No effort to look for the item AND REFUSING TO GIVE ME THE RECEIPT I HAD BROUGHT TO THEM. I couldn't believe the way they handled it. Do not use them.Desired Settlement: Return of missing shirt or compensation for it if not found.
