Hi, I went to issue a refund and our billing company stated that [redacted] had chargebacked all of his previous billing. Here is a copy from our billing company. Can you please show him the attachment which confirms that he already got the monies he is claiming that he is owed. Thanks

Subject: [redacted]Dear [redacted]:I got the e-mail response from [redacted].  Please change the business that [redacted] is working for...he doesn't work for my business at Definition Personal Training. This is my own training business.  He works for KFIT GYM LLC...which we are partners in at the gym.  Since the complaint is coming from a membership gym fee...it would be under [redacted].
