Review: I paid in $211.12 for Fabric World known as K-Furniture to order me an California King Box Spring. I was called on 2/12/14 stating that my box springs had came in and they were ready for delivery. Upon delivery the delivery put my bed together but after he finish we both notice that my bed was hangin over the box spring. So the guy adjust the bed a few more times and still my mattress was hanging over the box spring. So we both were turning my mattress to see if it would still fit but it didn't. So I found the tag along the side of the box spring and it had for King, Queen, Full and Twin. So the delivery guy contacted the owner and the owner was yelling at him telling him he must have gotten the wrong box spring. the delivery guy stated that he got the two box springs that had [redacted] on the plastic bag. The owner went on to say that I must not know the size of my bed and I have to measure the bed. The delivery guy keep telling him that it was the wrong box spring. So by this time I get on the phone with the owner and the owner was asking me did I have measuring tape to take measure and I did explain to him that it was not the correct box spring so he said if I give him $150 he can get me another box-spring. I told him that's ok just give my money back and he refused. I went into the store as wel and he was very rude and kept telling me he is not giving my money back. I told him to bring the box-springs into the store so he can see they are wrong but he refused. I also called the police and the police told me it was nothing they can do but I could take him to court and also file a dispute for the charge. The owner of this store just tried to get more money out of me. Because if he was for right he would have brought the box springs back into the store and saw that they were wrong. So now he has the box springs back and I'm out of an honest $211.12.Desired Settlement: I had the delivery guy to return the box springs that same day. So I will like an refund on my purchase because the owner was aware of what was going on. He tried to get more money out of me and I refuse to give him anymore. My receipt says California King Box Springs and he sent me a King Box Spring so that he can charge me again. That is not right and I want my money back. I will seek further action through court so that no one else will not lose their hard earn money due to a scam he is doin.
