Over charged us HOA document fee and account set up fee as much as USD750 through Escrow closing for our new ownership for the property
we feel this company overcharged us when we bought property at [redacted] Rock Way [redacted] Las Vegas, NVXXXXX on 8/9/2013. We paid this company $750 HOA document fee and account set up fee through Escrow company-Ultra Escrow Inc in Tustin, CA XXXXX.
This is unreasonable charges amount which we have never been charged when we bought other similar properties. We are looking for refund for the unreasonable part.
