Company/shop: [redacted] MOUNT PROSPECT, IL Ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentines dayI placed the order at the beginning of the month with instructions to be delivered on the 14th (2018)On the 13th I called in just to make sure there were no problems and everything was good to goThe customer service was the best I have ever had from any company I've done business withThey even suggested moving the delivery date to that same day, as to allow my girlfriend to have them early, and enjoy them the entire day of the 14th at work, rather than getting them on that dayThe suggested a change to the card and even made all these changes at no additional costNeedles to say I did get a text from a very happy girlfriend after they were delivered and she got them, the arrangement was very well put together and in my opinion, flawlessI would HIGHLY recommend this friendly and professional florist to anyone, and I know my girlfriend would agreeDefinitely very happy thumbs up, and now my "go to" for flowers and such
