2/1/18To whom it may concern:I Karen H., was contacted by *** *** owner of * * *** ***. She called me on FriJan 26, 2018. She said had a trip from ** *** ***) Who has adds on the internate for jobs. He owns no bus, limos, nothing. He lives in
Florida, And runs this out of his homes for year.He charges people for just answer the phone, just like this woman. And he give the Bus Coa Little bit. People don't know whos on the other end of the phone. This man is a scam, When ***Called & told me the trip was going to Emmuas, Pa. I told her I will Not do this trip for 325.00. The trip shold be at least 600.00.Other Copanys turned the trip down, *** ***, ***, ***,***. So I Agreed to do it for 500.00. Time was to be from 1; Pm & Back by 7; Pm Custmoer Agreed. *** came to my House on Sat, morning & asked if I Would do it. I told her this was my price & You also have to pay for tolls, Which would be On the Turnpike, thats round trip. The was also told to her by **, It is on her receipt from him. I has asked her if he said another about a tip, she said noIf you look at *** invoice he has a tip for driver, which he included in what he was paid. In his pocket, Our drivers never see a tip from *** trips. I nevered demaned a tip from her or anyother customer in my life. I have been a bus driver for yrs. And have never asked for a tip. I also waitreeds for Yrs. Again Never asked for a tip. She was to leave her trip from Lansdale by 6;Pm But instead she was just getting there at 6;Pm My driver called me & told me she just dropped them off at lansdale. I Told them she will be another 1hr & a half. That she has to get another 75.00, for the extra time, to get that money before she leaves her destination, She had even told my driver when they did get droped off at Lansdale, that she had to pay more for the bus. So why was there any problems to pay for your Lateness, She called me & said why do I Have to Pay extra. Your behind hr & a half, The driver has to be paid extra, & my fuel & Insurance, I also don.t run a Business for free. She needs to got after ** for him stealing her Money, My driver never got a tip, But I gave her extra because she never got one. When I Was on the phone with ***, All I siad to her was you have to pay the 75.00. Everytime I tryed to talked she talked over top of me, So I just let her talk, I did not want to aurge with her, I told I sorry for what you went throughSo instead of auging with her I Hung up. I.m the 3rd party her that is getting the crapy end of the stick, I take pride in what I do , And give the customers the best serive I can. She said the driver was great & that she gave back the extra money from the tolls, My driver must have went a different way. She was very honest, as is myself..If she has any problems she should call *** who was in touch with her, & Then **. They are the ones that idd her wrong. I hope this is a lesson for her, who to trust Had she called me from the get go her price would have been 600.0And not all the extra 129.80, That what he got just to answerthe phone, I have never done anything wrong to be taken down by the B.B.B. Prety bad that she had to do this to a hard working old LadyI wish her well & I,M Sorry for all that she went through, she did get a good service, & with that you have to pay the price for you service.
