Review: Dropped clothing to be washed on 7/**/13. Went to pick up clothing the evening of 7/**/13. Was presented with a big clear plastic bag full of my family's clothing partially burned. Lady at store calls owner, I spoke to him he kept apologizing saying it was his fault, and to come by the next day. Went there next day with my spouse, and the lady from day before trues to tell me all she can give me is $200 max for the clothes that was damaged. I found that unacceptable, and started pointing out that the clothing and items that burned were not cheap. I said no less than $500, they were not willing to give that amount. After a while called cops, Police officers suggested I file a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive appropriate compensation for clothing lost due to there neglegence.
