K & J Auto Electric

I am rejecting this response because: I have paperwork from Diamond Valley Honda that states what he did to the car The car went in to K & J Auto Electric in 100% excellent working condition and could not be started or driven off of his lot at the end of the day on September 6th Mr [redacted] had to have the car towed off of his lot to Diamond Valley Honda for them to fix his mistake It was there for complete month and we had to rent a car for that whole time The total cost of the repairs and rental car that I am out due to K & J Auto Electric's damages to the car is $ I am 100% completely not satisfied with his response as he is not taking any responsibility for the damages he caused to the car I have text messages from him stating that he does not have any liability insurance and that the only thing he did to the car was install the new tail lights like my son had asked My son did not ask him to do $dollars in damage to his car I have been waiting for his response before I proceed forward with a lawsuit, but since I can tell by his response that he is still not taking any responsibility, I will be getting the paperwork started asap Sincerely, [redacted] ###-###-####

Electric in 100% excellent working condition and could not be started or
driven off of his lot at the end of the day on September 6th 2017.  Mr
[redacted] had to have the car towed off of his lot to Diamond Valley
Honda for them to fix his mistake.  It was there for 1 complete month
and we had to rent a car for that whole time.  The total cost of the repairs and rental car that I am out due to K & J Auto Electric's damages to the car is $5532.61. 
 
I am 100% completely not satisfied with his response as he is not
taking any responsibility for the damages he caused to the car.  I have
text messages from him stating that he does not have any liability
insurance and that the only thing he did to the car was install the new
tail lights like my son had asked.  My son did not ask him to do
$5532.61 dollars in damage to his car.  I have been waiting for his
response before I proceed forward with a lawsuit, but since I can tell
by his response that he is still not taking any responsibility, I will
be getting the paperwork started asap.
