Dear Sir or Madam, (Complaint ID [redacted] ) I received your email about my complaint, these are the only papers that the owner ( [redacted] ) gave me, I asked for an invoice to see how much he had paid for the parts and he told me that he was not giving me an invoice that he had given me a receipt and that is all that I needed, so I really don’t know what pads that he purchased and how much the parts cost, he (***) only told me the car needed a water pump which cost $and a head gasket set that would cost $$for label which came to $and I paid him in cash, and when I went to get the car he said that the car needed a timing belt which it would cost me $an hour for four hours and I told him that I was not giving him any more money, and he said that the car would run only about miles pr hour he had tape some gray tape around some hose under the hood, and anti freeze was coming out of another whole and I asked him about that whole and he said that the whole was wore out but the car was not like that when I carried the car to him (***), I drove the car to the shop for him to repair and when he returned the car back to me I drove the car to my home the car was going about five miles and wasting anti freeze, and smokingI just want my car fix and I want to know what he paid for the parts, cause he would not give me an invoiceMy car is a Mazda v [redacted] ***

I met *** the day I passed her broken down in the middle of* HighwayAs a good samaritin I turned around and by Hand, alone, pushed her car out of the middle of the road to keep them from being hitI then told her that I had a shop and could help her outShe asked me to look at the car right then and thereThe car needed an alternator tensionerWe discussed price and she said to fix itI then towed the car to my shopAt no chargeWhen they picked the car up she was satisfied with the work and drove the car off of my lotI told her that if she needed anything else to keep me in mindOn January 10, 2014*** called me (***) as I was in the middle of dinner with my family around :30pm She stated that her daughters car was running hotWhen I was finished with dinner I called *** back to see where the car was so I could take a look at it and get her off the side of the road*** lives in an area that I am not familiar with so she met me in HER car at *** and I followed her to where her DAUGHTERS car was on the side of the roadThe radiator was completely emptyHer daughter brought water from their house to the car and I got the car running so we could get it to her houseIlet her know then what the possible diagnosis was, it was dark and I told her I would have to take a look at it in the day time, and with the car being ran hot there could also be more extensive damage done She then stated that when she “came up with some money” she would give me a callI did not charge her for the roadside service call which would have normally been $January 17, 2014 *** Daughters Mazda was brought into the shopShe stated that the car would not get up to a speed over mphI told her it could possibly be her timing beltShe told me to check everything out and give her a callI then took a look at the car and got a complete diagnosisIt needed a water pump, head gasket, Water pump pulley and timing beltShe said to fix the running hot part, she wasn‘t paying for the timing belt to be replacedI told her that the car would not run at a speed unless she changed it, she again refusedAfter our phone call, I made calls and her parts were orderedThe reason that her gasket set was not showing at *** is because I do use other parts distributors due to availability and wait times on ordering some partsThe following day *** started calling and being belligerent about the car not being finished within hoursI couldn’t get the parts that soon due to them having to be orderedShe called ever hour threatening meShe then proceeded to call at inappropriate times such as before and after business hours and on Sundays when I was at church with my familyHow could I have her car done in a timely manor when I constantly have to stop and answer my phone so she could yell at me?? Parts came in and had to be sent back due to a mistake in ordering-During this time I was also experiencing staffing issues and in the middle of relocating my businessI
do not give my customers invoices or receipts where parts were purchasedI need those for tax purposesI do give an invoice of work performed and any other issues are listed on the work orderI also only fill out the invoice completely, name, address, etc, if the customer requests it to be doneShe did notThe car was running when she picked it up from my shopStill the timing belt was causing the car to operate at a slow speedThere is a warranty on parts but not on laborI am not responsible for any other mechanical issues with the carThe Mazda as well as all of my customers cars go thru a visual
inspection and everything is documentedShe was told about the timing belt being stretched and declined to have it fixed at this timeI told her she may want to have it fixed soonI fixed what she agreed and stated to repairShe drove the car from my shopI haven‘t heard anything from her since

Dear Sir,
I received your message from K & J Auto repair, first of all this man is telling all lies, I never called him on a Sunday and I never called him after hours, he (***) told me that he work
around the clock and to call him any time if I had a problem with the car, and He did not push my car out of the road but not by himself, there was another young man there before *** came along, my daughter know the man and (I will get his name from her if I have too) and they both push the car out of the road, and I call a young man to see if he could get the part for my daughter's car (which is my car) but my daughter drives the car and at that time *** stated that he could fix the car but he had to take the car to his shop, so He left and came back with another young fellow and they loaded the car up and he told me that the parts would be about $and the $had to be paid up front, so I gave *** $and he told me that I owed him $balance,I don't know what parts he paid for thenAfter it took him almost two week to get the pully for the car, when he finally got it fixed *** told me to give him $and that he was sorry that it took so long, that was the first time my car broke down, that was December 26thand the second time the car broke down was January 10ththat was when I drove the car to the shop on the 17thand *** told me that the car needed a water pump and a head gasket set and he called *** why I was at his shop and He said that they quoted him a water pump was going to be $and the head gasket set was going to be $and his labor was going to be $which came to $452.00, I paid him $on the 17thof January and *** said the parts would be in about 2:that evening and he would have my car ready about 5:or 6:that evening when I went by to check on the car *** said that the car was not ready and it would be ready the next day which was that Saturday, I called *** two or three times that Saturday from my cell phone he never answer so I call him from another number and he answer and I asked him why he did not answer when I call him from my cell phone and why my car was not ready and *** told me that they had left early that Saturday but the it was a man there in the shop next door said that they never came in to work that day which was the 18thI could not tell him how to run his business and the car would be ready that Monday, I then went to *** because things was not feeling right with me because of my first incendent with *** when waiting on my car almost two weeks and He (***) kept giving me the run around the first time about my car when it was at his shop, and I asked the young man (***) at *** what parts did *** buy for my car and *** said that *** only bought the water pump and some anti freeze, *** said *** said that he did not need the head gasket set and he (***) went to back and came back up front with the head gasket set and asked me if I needed to purchase it (head gasket set) and I told him no that I had already paid *** for it and *** told me that he was waiting on the part to come in and the part was already there, he just did not purchase itSo *** lied about waiting on the part the part was already there.I told *** that the young man at *** said that he did not purchased the head gasket set and *** said that he did not care what the man told me, cause he could get get *** fired for telling me what parts he bought and what parts he did not buy, I did not go by that Tuesday I was trying to give them time to get my car fix, so my daughter wanted to stop by the shop on that Wednesday to check on the car and *** told her (my daughter) the car would be ready on Thursday January 23rd*** called me that Thursday and told me the car was ready, when I went to get the car that is when *** said the car needed a timing belt and that he had a mechanic who would do the work for $and hour, I told *** that I was not paying him no more money cause when I brought the car it was running he did not say nothing about a timing belt *** also told me that the car would only run about to mile an hour and it was not like that when I drove the car to the shop, and once they went under the hood and took things a loose and taped up some hose with grey tape and anti freeze pouring out now he is telling me that the car needs a timing belt, *** and his crew are the ones that damage my car and did not fix it rightAnd like I said I don't even know what parts he put on my car and what the parts cost, He might have to keep the invoice for his records but I do know that he is suppose to give me copies of what parts he purchase and what the parts cost and I also know his phone records can be pulled to see that I have never called him on a Sunday (He probable don't even go to church) I called *** two or three times on a Saturday when he told me the car was going to be ready and the car was not ready, but trust me I have never called him on a Sunday
If I have to get *** from *** to prove that *** did not purchased a head gasket set from their store I will do so, and if those invoices can be subpoena to see what parts he purchased and the cost of the parts I will appreciate if you could find out, He do not need to get away with messing my car up and not taking responsbilty for it

I received your email about my complaint, these are the only papers that the owner ([redacted]) gave me, I asked for an invoice to see how much he had paid for the parts and he told me that he was not giving me an invoice that he had given me a receipt and that is all that I needed, so I really don’t know what pads that he purchased and how much the parts cost, he ([redacted]) only told me the car needed a water pump which cost $47.06 and a head gasket set that would cost $305.00 $105.00 for label which came to $452.00 and I paid him in cash, and when I went to get the car he said that the car needed a timing belt which it would cost me $65.00 an hour for four hours and I told him that I was not giving him any more money, and he said that the car would run only about 10 miles pr hour he had  tape some gray tape around some hose under the hood, and anti freeze was coming out of another whole and I asked him about that whole and he said that the whole was wore out but the car was not like that when I carried the car to him ([redacted]), I drove the car to the shop for him to repair and when he returned the car back to me I drove the car to my home the car was going about five miles and wasting anti freeze, and smoking. I just want my car fix and I want to know what he paid for the parts, cause he would not give me an invoice. My car is a 1998 Mazda 626 v6
