K & K Paving

K&K Paving failed to perform all of the work cited in their invoice dated XX-XX-XXXX regarding the properties in [redacted] TN.K&K Paving issued a proposal dated 12-12-2012 in the amount of $7200 for asphalt patch work, sealing and striping for properties located at [redacted] & [redacted] TN. Their employee ([redacted]) lowered the price from $7200 to $6900 if the this amount was paid in full before the work was completed. [redacted] paid the $6900 in full (K&K Invoice dated XX-XX-XXXX). After months and many phone calls, K&K Paving finally completed all but the striping portion of the proposal. K&K Paving has failed to complete the striping of both parking lots despite numerous phone calls, an email and a letter sent to them. The striping portion of the proposal is valued at $1000.Desired SettlementAfter one and a half years, it is obvious that K&K Paving has no intention of completing this project. I am requesting a refund of $1000.00 from K&K Paving for the unfinished striping that they failed to complete. They have taken advantage of my wife, [redacted] and her good intentions of paying the full amount due before the completion of the paving project.

Paid this company up front to do Tar and Chip job and took 1 1/2 years to complete and driveway fell apart with potholes and wouldn't stand behindPaid this company to put in Tar and Chip driveway and took 1 1/2 years to finish the job... After 3 months and only putting one layer of Tar and Chil down the driveway fell apart and potholes became so bad the driveway became impassable.... After hundreds of phone calls and promises of fixing it they refuse to come fix it and refuse to answer the phone calls... He made me pay up front and refused to stand behind his work.... All I get are threats and told he will come fix it which he never shows up..... I have missed two sales on my house due to the drive way condition..... I have respectively tried to get this resolved to no avail.... All I get is lied to over and over.... This guy takes your money up front and then doesn't do quality work and doesn't stand behind it...Desired SettlementI am seeking that he come and fix the damaged driveway due to him not putting enough tar and chip on the driveway in the first place which resulted in potholes in the driveway to the point you can't even drive up and down it... All I want is the driveway repaired like he has stated he would do via text message...
