On 12/the car was dropped off without an appointment We tried to get it into service but would not be able to do it til the next day The service ticket stated to check the battery Between 12/7&8, the customer checked with us by phone and stopped by on the status several times The customer was not being reasonable as far as the service time they were giving us to do an accurate and thorough job which we take pride in doing for our loyal customers We did diagnostic work for about half an hour and checked/cleaned it thoroughly certain points for another minutes The battery was $and it was the only one available to us in the size needed for the car We did everything we were suppose to do and feel that we provided the best service possible and for the best price available
