Review: On October 14,2013 we had [redacted] at our house doing some work in our basement. They ended up breaking our toilet and some drainage lines. So I called K&K Plumbing to see if they could fix my issue. [redacted] said it wouldn't be a problem and came out the next day Oct 15. He made a quote for [redacted] for $500 to fix the piping and reset our toilet they broke. [redacted] fixed the pipes that were damaged and told me he to call him when the floor was ready to have the toilet reset. [redacted] paid K&K Plumbing the Full $500 before [redacted] left our house on Oct 15. After the concrete was cured enough for the toilet to be reset I gave [redacted] a call Friday Oct 18 to set a day to come back out. I was told he would be at the house on Monday Oct. 21 he never showed I called him back numerous times to setup a new day but he would not answer or even return my calls. My girlfriend ended up getting ahold of [redacted] and he said, he would be out the next day around 1:00pm but never showed up again. It was now been over a month and he still has not reset our toilet. He doesn't not answer or return our phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my toilet to be reset and the Full $500 returned to us

Review: I hired K & K Plumbing on October 8, 2014 run all new water lines in the home, new valves under each fixture, install a new pedestal sink and faucet, install a new kitchen sink faucet, install a new toilet, install a new tub waste and overflow, install a new tub faucet and on October 28th hired K & K Plumbing to use a back hoe to dig up old outside waterline from street to house and replace with new copper piping. They were also to dig up dirt in the basement level and replace indoor basement pipes. I sent my first down payment for $1000 for the inside plumbing on October 8, 2014 and the second down payment for $2000 on October 28, 2014 for outside plumbing. The plumbers came October 22, 2014 and brought the new sink and toilet. On October 27, 2014 the plumbers removed some old pipes and replaced the shut off valve to the water meter. The plumber came on October 28, 2014 and was informed that there was no water coming into the house. They were hired to complete the outside work and then finish the inside plumbing. I have contacted them over a dozen times but the plumber does not return to finish the work.Desired Settlement: Plumber needs to come and finish the work to completion as outlined in the estimate as this job has been lingering since the end of October. I am a senior citizen and have been without any water to my house for several months.
