I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The contractor knows what he did is wrong...he did not hand me a certificate of occupancy from the code enforcement when he was done with the jobI will be taking this matter to courtThank you Revdex.com for reaching outI just feel that the consumers should know about this negligent contractor as I am sure he has done this with other clientsAlso he did not pay the electrician that did the work on the job Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] called and stated: I did the work and upstairs apartments are final inspected, the [redacted] store is final inspectionsHowever, since there is a barber shop in back, they also checked that and they found that the owner removed toilet & sinkTherefore given the toilet and sink were removed, the barber shop does not pass inspectionApparently he added an extra bathroom in barber shop and it is illegal given he used my building permit and that in not allowedHe has also installed a hot air furnace in the apartment upstairs and that is not permitted eitherHe told the inspector that K&K is doing the work and I did not agree to do that workWe finished the job and my plumber got everything installed and inspected and finished the job for himI can fax final for plumbing & electrical in couple days after I get from cityI tried to work with him

The contractor knows what he did is wrong...he did not hand me a certificate of occupancy from the code enforcement when he was done with the job. I will be taking this matter to court. Thank you Revdex.com for reaching out. I just feel that the consumers should know about this negligent contractor as I am sure he has done this with other clients. Also he did not pay the electrician that did the work on the job.

We finished the job and my plumber got everything installed and inspected and finished the job for him. I can fax final for plumbing &  electrical in couple days after I get from city. I tried to work with him.
