Review: this business said they were going to fiance us a modular home , we gave them a 10,0000 payment and signed a contract with home too be set up in a part horseheads ny. when it came to deliver the home no work was done we asked for our money back they ended upwrintting us a bad check ten thousand dollars, we are waiting for our money . They haven't gave us our money back or kept their end of the deal. and have changed their business name several times and continue too scam people.We still are waiting for our money and it will be two year soon.Desired Settlement: We want our money back for the 10,000 plus bad check fees and lawyer fees. and intrest as owner [redacted] agreed too.So that would be a settlement of eight thousand dolallrs.
