Let me reference our previous response: I have searched our system every way I can the VIN is not pulling up is there any way I can get the plate number for the vehicle in question? At this time I can go no further also we do not service North Park Apartments is it possible there is another name for them? Also do you remember when the tow occurred? I am glad that we now have the name of the apartment complex but we still need a better identifier for your vehicle such as a year/make/model and plate We also need an approximate date of tow.Thank you

I understand your frustration completely, but I have looked at the pictures and can see that the other vehicle that parked by you had to move further into another spot because you were taking two spaces

Mr [redacted] ,Your vehicle was not towed illegally Your community has parking rules and one of those rules is that you are to keep your registration up to date at all times You did not follow that rule We monitored the parking facility for this particular violation, took pictures of the violation, and sent out the proper letter to notify you that your vehicle was in violation The warning letter went to the address on file with the State of Texas, which is the same thing that would happen if you had toll violations, a ticket of any kind that was being mailed to you - you can receive none of these notifications if you do not keep your information up to date., If you had updated your registration as per your communities parking rules (and state law) we would never have towed the vehicle to begin with, and if we had needed to contact you your information would have been correct so that we could reach out to the proper address and send your warning We abide by all laws and are very stringent in our business practices Your vehicle was returned as a courtesy to the management of your parking facility and for no other reason but thatI strongly advise for you to rectify the situation and get your registration up to date, which had been out for two months at the time we towed it.Sincerely, [redacted]

I was able to locate your tow from the information that you gave me. Yes, your car was taking two spaces. The picture that we have shows the other car that had to park further into another space because you were not mindful of how you were parking, which could have very well resulted in a tow for that vehicle as well. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, also please keep in mind the parking regulations for the communities that you visit. Thank you

I have proof that I didn't take two spaces when y'all towed my car illegally while I was sleeping

***,I have responded the same way every single time. Just because you continue to say the same things over and over does not change the outcome. We firmly believe the tow was a good and legal tow. We did not say anything in court because you must wait for the judge to allow you to say something in court. I did not want to disrespect the judge in her court. We are not responsible for your tailpipe, as you stated in court that you do not know for sure that the tailpipe was there upon initiation of tow. You DID park in the grass. Management of the Apartment complex agreed that this was a good tow and an area that they are trying to get grass to grow back in. YOU HAD MY CELL NUMBER - so at the time that you felt there was any wrong doing at our facility you could have immediately contacted me directly. I am sorry that you experienced undo hardship in regards to this tow - but you violated a parking rule of the community you were parking in. That is my final say, my final response. Point blank - Be mindful of your parking etiquette, Private Property Owners of the The Golden Triangle Area are cracking down on the parking activities on their properties. Parking lot maintenance is a cost that property owners are tired of seeing skyrocket and so is landscaping

First of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced upon moving. You gave me enough details that I was able to locate your tow and review it.I understand that my personnel quoted you the standard light duty private property tow away fee for BeaumontThis is
because they did not realize this vehicle fell under medium duty private property rates with the State of Texas.I have reviewed the pictures and the U-haul was indeed blocking the dumpster. This creates a problem for the entire complex because if the garbage truck cannot get to the dumpster then the garbage truck will leave it until the next time that location is on their route. This leads to unwanted pests and a general unsanitary situation. This is why we have been asked to monitor for blocking the dumpster at that particular apartment complex.I apologize if you requested to see the pictures and they were not shown to you. That should never happen and I will definitely look further into that. We do not send pictures electronically, but if you would like to go back up to our location and request to see them or have them printed for you, we can definitely accommodate you.Again, I understand what an inconvenience this must have been for you and I thank you for your patience in awaiting this response

I cannot speak for the Apartment manager, or what has been verbally said to you - but we do not put a tag on anyone's vehicle before we tow them for expired conditions. We follow State Law and send out the day certified letter, when you pick up the vehicle we prepare another letter and
"Hand Deliver" it by having you sign it at the time of your release. This gives you an additional days to get the violation corrected. days after you sign the Hand Delivered letter we monitor the property for violations and if your vehicle is still in violation we will tow it again. Our notice clearly lays all of this out and we generally give a copy of the notice that you signed with your release paperwork. We do not take kickbacks. We do not give favors or financial gain in any way. This is strictly prohibited. We are hired to enforce the parking rules for your community and that is the job that we do. If you would like me to look further into your tows and make sure they were all within the confines of the law then I will need your VIN number so that I can put it into our system. Our system will pull every tow that we have performed for your vehicle and I will review every one of them

We have a contract and service agreement with the apartment complex in question. We do not operate illegally in any sense of the wordThis vehicle was parked in a handicapped parking spot without a plate or placardI understand the resident stated that their placard was on the
dashboard. When the releasing agent met the resident to release his vehicle the placard was down by the gearshift and radio. We always suggest the placard be hanging from the mirror so that it is readily seen when our personnel come onto the property to monitor for parking violations. Our job is to ensure that the residents of that parking facility have access to the parking spaces that they have a right toWhen we monitored and found this vehicle in violation by being parked in a handicapped space without a plate or placard we took pictures of the violation and proceeded to have the wrecker driver come to the violation location and tow the vehicle. Attached are the pictures of the violation as well as the tow ticket. I understand that someone said the ticket says we towed it on the 7th. It seems the driver accidentaly wrote an and then turned it into a - I understand that can be a little unnerving, but people write the wrong date all the time. What is important is that the resident was not charged for anything more than one day of storage
