Dear Sir or Madam,This complaint has been resolved, the customer and contractor have come to a resolution. The customer decided to pay his bill and reactivate his contract. There was never any issues on our part except the customer broke his contract by having his bill be in arrears. His contract... states he must keep it current in order to receive his gratis labor. The customer now understands the perimeter of his contract and is following accordingly.
