We have reached out to the homeowner through email and are trying to resolve the issuesThe homeowner paid us after work was done and said he was satisfied, however the AC unit was not up to standard and have offered to replace with a larger unit

Dear Sir or Madam,This complaint has been resolved, the customer and contractor have come to a resolution. The customer decided to pay his bill and reactivate his contract. There was never any issues on our part except the customer broke his contract by having his bill be in arrears. His contract... states he must keep it current in order to receive his gratis labor. The customer now understands the perimeter of his contract and is following accordingly. Please consider this complaint closed and resolved.If you have any further questions or concerns please contact us immediately.Furthermore, you will also take note Sunn Corporation has been in business over 40 years with virtually no complaints as we always strive to provide superior customer service and resolve issues before they escalate.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,Karen L***General Manager Sunn Corporation

We are currently working with the customer to resolve all complaints. Mr. [redacted] sent us an email with a list of items that he want's done in order to cancel this complaint and we will resolve all issues per his email.
