Hello,I recently received a complaint (***) in the mailI am writing my response because I would like to clear up this matterFirst, I dispute all claims against meEverything was all done properly and with authorization from the customer every timeI also have all the documents for every

I am rejecting this response because:
I took my car there in trust he would fix it my lug nuts were not tight my tranmission seals blew out three times my rear main seal on motor blew out I had no problems when I took there he was suppose to change clutch then all these other problems occurred he kept saying its this and that so I pay then he says he fixed pick up car ran worse he took my catted h pipe off there was nothing wrong with that which is valued at dollars put an off road pipe on and inspected it [which is illeagal] he was supposed to tighten the exhaust that was itinstalled new rackandpinion power steering pump ball joints took down to *** in dallas after the rack was never tightened have document from *** he told me it was alighnment it wasnt he stuck dry rotted spark plug wires on which ark off my manifolds he said I needed fuel pump because it was only at 30psi so pick up it is still at psi he changed hub assembally on both sides drivers side was never tightened down killled my rims he said it was the hub went bad in days all parts and labor gauranteed every thing he did I went back I was charged so I been in contact with him over winter but never calls back my car sat since august now and he keeps avoiding me he is never there only his employees tom and his nephew I try to work with him but he avoids me when I call or stop down my tranny seals need to be replaced my rackpinoin still leaks my power steering pump is leaking my fuel pressure is still at 30psi my car has no power my the h pipe he installed is not the right one I want a catted h pipe back on and car fixed right !his problem he just wants to collect money and way to much trust in air tools every time he did something I went back with more problems then I had before I went there and I dont believe the fuel pump was changed !and nobody loosened my lug nuts he had special lug nut socket at his garage that weekend and told my wife it safe to drive then wheel almost came off ! he was never authorized to take catted h pipe off and install offroad ! I dont even have enough power to use 5th gear I just want my car fixed right not by them a certified mechanic ! I love my car I am trying to restore!! and put my trust in the wrong garage and was screwed!!!everything they did has been back several times I tryed being nice and told him to give me hundred for the labor I paid him and wheels I have in because there discontinued so I cant buy one because he never tightened them and ovaled out !
