K&M Building & Remodeling exceeded my expectations in transforming my home from the 80's-style house we purchased to a modern, beautiful home Matt worked with us on every detail- from new door handles & hinges to updating electrical outlets, painting, moulding installation, a 1/bath remodel, custom cabinetry, transforming an empty mudroom to a welcoming bench and storage nook, new lighting throughout- and his helpful suggestions along the way turned good ideas into a perfect finished product He stayed mindful of the budget and gave options that would fit within and then alternatives both for below and above- not pressuring one way or another He gave great referrals for product-selection vendors and we found everything we were looking for (even the EXACT sink I had picked out via a *** image) The work was done within the timeframe I had asked for, even with some arequests, and I couldn't be happier I will continue to leverage K&M for future projects and enthusiastically refer anyone needing home improvement work- their wide range of services provided and the quality of work can't be beat
