found the car that I was looking for online and drove to BNM Auto Sales, felt that the price was incredibly fair and the process was quick and easyNo haggle pricing, the value was excellent as was the asking price and within 10-minutes we had the paperwork done and were on our way down the road! Upon first contact, per telephone, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable, accommodating to our financial requirements, as well as, the length of travel it would take to peruse their inventory. We had been concentrating on one car in particular. Prior to our arrival, per our conversation, they had the car pulled aside and ready so that there was no maneuvering of vehicles to delay our test drive or inspection. In our search for a quality used car we came to discover many used car websites, with BNM having the most detailed information, specs on the cars, carfax, largest and numerous pictures, contact phone numbers and not just a contact email form as many others do.
Once arriving on BNM's lots we were greeted by several people and asked if we had something in mind. Never pushed towards anything that they wished to sell or show. Once they knew what we were there to look at they remembered speaking with us by name. Very impressive.
Upon deciding to take the car for a test drive giving us a plate and taking my license for a photo copy they informed us to drive to the interstate as well as surface roads to get a feel for the cars handling. After our test drive and mutual discussion, we approached [redacted] and proceeded the purchasing process. The process was simple with no need to haggle the price was on the windshield, it was in line with Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds, we felt it was a fair price. Fortunately for us we received a discount due to being a United States Veteran, which we believe is a special at this time.
In our opinion the trip to BNM to view and purchase our new/used car was worth the time and effort.
We will absolutely consider purchasing another vehicle from BNM
If you purchase a second car with BNM you receive a discount on that vehicle with a receipt from your first purchase.
You receive a higher discount if you purchase a third vehicle with BNM with your receipts as well.
BNM has been one of the easiest used car dealers to work with. They have very good incentives to keep you coming back.
A plus rating from me. They offered everything they said. Fast friendly service with great vehicles at a better cost. Car fax with every vehicle. Awesome awesome awesome. I was in and out with my car under thirty minutes and no one had to bug me or pressure me into anything..
I have purchased two cars from BNM. While both were reasonably priced, each needed a MAJOR repair within days of purchase.
The first ran for only 18 months, at which point the transmission blew up; this was something that car was prone to do and came as no surprise to the dealer when I called to buy another car.
The second car had had the driver's window assembly pieced back together (presumably by BNM, as no one other than a mechanic could access the inside of the door and rig the mechanism back together); the shoddy, temporary patch job on the window fell apart within two weeks. Also, the Check Engine light went on in this car less than fifty miles after I left BNM.
I recently looked at a third car at BNM (because they, unfortunately, seem to be one of the few places left that still have a selection of five-speeds) and was given a quote in writing. The salesman, [redacted], reneged on his quoted price and upped the price of the car by several hundred dollars.
Everything about this place, and the people who work here, screams SHADY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will sell you garbage, lie and rip you off at every opportunity!
Bought a 2005 Subaru outback from them. Everything was as described. They even went down on the price and worked with me to get the car. I would recommend BNM Auto Sales to my friends and family.
In my opinion, this is a horrible dealership. They sold us a car with horrible rust on the frame and refused to take it back when we discovered the rust. When my son tried to bring the car back they put their hands on him, called the police, and told the police that he assaulted them. We have had to file suit against them for fraud and violations of unfair trade practice statutes.
Purchased a Jeep Commander last week from this dealer. Never went in, all done over the phone and the internet. Passed on some other dealers that had seemingly good prices but poor reviews. Was impressed w/ one price policy and after the sale follow up. Car was exactly as described, even a little better, actually. Would recommend w/o reservation.
Service was great and very laidback. Salesmen did not hover. I appreciated that I was given space to search for cars in the lot on my own, and that a rep was readily available when I was ready to test-drive. Easy and friendly. No pressure.
Wow I'm not sure where to begin! Beware of this place it is a complete disaster and I'm not sure how they are still in business or how they are getting any good reviews. When I called to inquire about the car the salesman was very nice on the phone and he told me that there was nothing wrong with the car except possibly a sensor because the check engine light was on. Not to mention the ad on carfax and their website also said nothing was wrong. This is regarding the 2005 black honda civic. I was super excited because I love civics, it was black the color I was wanting and in my price range. HOWEVER, the car was JUNK!!!! I pulled into the parking lot excited to look at it and I seen it sitting there already running and it had smoke pouring out of the hood and antifreeze squrting out! I looked inside the drivers side window and the temperature guage was completely redlined in the HOT! This thing was completely over heated!! I was so angry. I then walked in to tell the salesman about it and they were looking at me clueless when I told them. The one guy came out and shut the car off and then another guy came out. Then they started it back up and it was knocking so loud. Ummm hello its clearly blown up or close too it! And then they have the nerve to tell me they don't know why that happened!! I said because its [redacted] junk!!! Needless to say I did look at the other stuff on the lot just because I wanted to see the other junk they had to offer.. OH MY, ABOUT 80% OF THE VEHICLES ARE WRECKED, LIKE PROBABLY NOT EVEN DRIVABLE WRECKED. BUT YET ALL THESE good reviews and good carfax? Something is wrong here! Please don't waste your time or money here!!!!
