From: [redacted] Sent: Tuesday, August 19, 5:PM /> To: drteamSubject: complaint on Rubens Remodeling ID# [redacted] I am responding to the complaint given to Ruben's Remodeling on 07/22/in which I feel is not exceptable The customer was treated fairlyThe customer had of material delivered to his home the week of July 7th The material was dropped off from Mccoys corporation based out of Rosenberg TexasI therefore have receipt of material purchased in which I will scan over to you..I was there on Saturday 07/12/building of the shed startedThe shed was being built I had the floor base already constructed fixin to construct the walls that needed to be put upThe customer came to check on the construction of the shed which everything was going great.The customer [redacted] began to complain of a brick that was sticking to far in which I told the customer that the brick was going to be placed correctly as construction was be furthered alongAt approximately 5pm it started to rain I then told my workers to go ahead and begingloading all the tools for the dayI spoke with [redacted] to let him know I would be back On Sunday 07/13/to finish the building of the shed [redacted] then said that would be fine..I received a phone stating that he was not happy that the shed was not built in one day I told him it was going to take at least days to finishDuring that week the weather did not let me start construction till that SaturdayAlso I do not understand why Mr [redacted] is saying I would always ask for moneyThat is not correct I told him to pay material up front in which he did I then purchased of material which I paid Mcoys to deliver to his houseThat money he paid was for material onlyI followed through the promise the construction began as the customer was told it would be..Please let me know the status of this response [redacted] Rubens Remodeling
