it has been a month since heat pump was installed .it only worked for one week.they will not answer pone or return any messages we leave.they were paid $2700.00 to install a new heat pump it only worked for one week. and now it dont work at all. I talked to [redacted] several times and he promised he would take care of it. now he will not even return a call we leave uncountable messages. he needs to come and get the entire unit it is junk.it has a blockage in it some where due to poor installation practices. Desired Settlementcome and get the unit they installed and give us a refund of the entire amount we paid $2700.00Business Response UNIT WORKED TWO WEEKS NOT ONE. THE HEATPUMP COIL WAS DETERMINED TO BE BAD WAITED FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT COIL TO BE DELIVERED CUSTOMER LIVED 2.5 HOURS AWAY AN HAD TO GET QUAILFIED SERVICE TECH TO GO INSTALL. THE CUSTOMER DID NOT WANT THE ORIGINAL TECHNICIAN BACK LATER FOUND OUT BY DISTRIBUTOR THAT THE ORIGINAL COIL AN REPLACEMENT COIL WAS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE THE DISTRIBUTOR SHIPPED ANOTHER COIL AN THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED WARRANTY ISSUE COULD VE BEEN RESOLVED FASTER BY A LOCAL COMPANY BUT CUSTOMER REFUSED KNM WAS NOT THE INSTALLER BUT AN OUTSIDE SOURCE BUT IN THE END KNM TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AN NOT THE INSTALLER
