[redacted] came to my shop wanting an idler pulley put on that they had already bought We proceeded with that repair at 8:30, didn't correct noise, we removed belt & ran engine with no components turning, noise wasn't there, we removed new pulley and installed original & returned it to customer advised them that water pump had been seeping and could feel roughness in pump when turning, sold them a new water pump for $38.99, much below retail cost, installed new water pump, labor at hrsfor a total labor cost on all repairs $total repair parts & labor including tax was $179.13, not $as was stated- vehicle had 131,miles: had temporary tags on it, appeared water pump to be original - Some noises are process of elimination, my years of Qualified Experience is what I stated in diagnosing noise; years was Certified G.MTechnician; until opening up my own business; Don't owe her any amount

Technician; until opening up my own business; Don't owe her any amount.
