people who don't know what they are doing and he wasn't going to pay us because we broke the unit. He would not allow her to speak and just kept yelling and cursing. She stated the owner would call him that evening and hung up. The customer then went outside and starting yelling at one of the technicians and getting in his face. The technician politely asked the customer to stop getting in his face and back up a little. The customer stated that he was going to get in his face because that's what he wanted to do. The two technicians packed their things at that point and go in the van to leave. The customer came to the van and opened the door and tried pulling my technician out of the van. My technicians drove away. The customer called three times at that point but we did not answer. His wife then called from different number. She said she was at work and apologized for her husband's behavior. She asked if the owner would come fix the unit himself. My secretary told her she would talk to him but after her husband tried assaulting our technicians she wasn't sure we would be back. The secretary asked for the wife's phone number so we could deal with her. The wife then stated, "My husband can't know I called you or there will be severe repercussions for me if you know what I mean. I need to get my ducks in a row before he does that again to me." The customer continued to call from four different phone numbers. He called over 30 times that evening all within an hour. I was forced to report him to the state police for harassment. Both technicians verified that the air conditioning unit did not work upon arrival.
