It's just weird that when we use it the mower worked perfect and without any issues and then with him it has all these random issuesHe knows where we're located and could've brought it to us at any given timeSo because we didn't show up at our busiest season or didn't give him his money back he has now gone this farThankfully his bashful reviews have gone somewhat under the radar because he's trying to make us seem like scammers when we're notHe is the first person we have had issues with on a mower we have sold in over yearsSo out of 30+ mowers with all positive feedback I find it hard to believe his statements are trueBut one of the only ways we will work on this mower is if he removes his negative, fsulty reviews and statementsHe posted screen shots where we hadn't gotten back to him because again this is our busiest season but didn't post any of the ones where we offered everything listed aboveWe have gone above and beyond to help him and this is what we got in returnEven with all of the crap he's said and done we have still offered to look at his mowerSo for the final time we have done our partNow it's time for him to do his

First of all I never told *** anything about needing a starter solenoidHe came into my shop probably 6-months ago after hours looking for parts for his mower(s)He went on to tell me he thought his problem might be a safety switch or a solenoidHis mower was older and he had no serial
numbers, model numbers, or part numbersTherefore trying to locate parts on a machine that we had no way of identifying was extremely diffcultAlso he had told me from the get go he had or other mowers so he wasn't in a big hurry for this oneHe had another mower here that we had gotten do within a handful of days because he had told us he needed the craftsmanHis Murray(the one hes complaining about) was one of the worst mowers we have seenHis entire electrical system had been completely friedHis entire wiring harness had to be replaced along with his starter, ignition switch, and terminalsI put all the parts we replaced in a bag and tied them to his stearing wheel so he could see what had to be changedWe communicated by text messages (which I still have) he went on to tell me he wanted his blades replacedHis mower wasn't just brought in here for wiring problemsWhich from what i've read in his statement he failed to mentionAlso his battery was trashedIt was under warranty through tractor supplyI went out of my way to take his battery back and get it changed free of charge*** was far from compliantI went out of my as much as I could to help him out the best of my abilityNothing I said or did was acceptable in his eyesHe wanted to take his mower and not pay and that wasnt going to happenThe reason his mower wouldn't start when he came to pick it up was because his battery was trashedWhich like I said was replaced free of chargeI never once told him we would maybe work on it tomorrow because I had the new battery installed that same dayThis isn't a hobbyThis is a job, and my career, and im getting tired of having people coming in here trying to low ball me, or rip me off because im years old and they feel as if they can take advantage of me*** also failed to mention that I offered to sell his equipment for him FREE OF CHARGE just so he could have his money back on the machineBut that wasn't good enoughI did all that I could to make it right with him but he wasn't getting the answer he wanted to hearThis is the first time i've ever had anyone file against meI'm a very easy person but I won't be walked onHe wont be getting money back and I wont be doing business with this man anymoreSometimes doing good business is not doing business with people like him

Let me start off by saying [redacted] or [redacted] purchase this mower January 17th, 2016. He had found one of our ads on Craigslist. The more he was acquiring about was the same one we had someone else interested in. I was out of town at the beach with my wife and son whenever the mower he was interested...

in had sold. It was a complete misunderstanding, and poor communication between myself and the employees as to who was purchasing the mower. All they knew was someone would be coming to purchase that mower at some point this weekend. However since I knew [redacted] would be driving a little ways I offered him the other mower that we had(yard  machine) for $500 for $400 honoring the price I had given him on the Poulan Pro riding mower since the one he was interested in had been mistakenly sold to another customer. [redacted] is not lying when he says he had issues with them or the day after. I then responded to his texts and concerns with the mower apologizing about any issues he might be experiencing and that we would gladly warranty the mower along with pay for either a meal or a movie for him and his family for the inconvenience we might have caused him. We had scheduled the date for him and his wife to bring them over sometime in the middle of the week for around 3 o'clock p.m. which is 2 hours before closing so we could get them taken care of. However the mower was not delivered to our shop until almost 440 if I'm not mistaken. Which is 20 minutes before closing. We still stayed after closing hours to go through the entire Mower and made sure there were no issues. We went ahead and replaced the fuel line to fuel filter and completely flushing out the fuel system. And for one last reassurance for ourselves we went ahead and made the entire side Lot testing out the equipment just to make sure it would leave with no issues. We contacted his wife since he was never there and asked her to step away from dinner so she could come over and we could explain how to operate it properly. When she arrived I walked her through the steps after firing up the mower. There were no issues. [redacted] then message just a few days later with nothing but rude text about us selling him "lemon" mower. He was demanding his money back when we have signs posted thru out the office stating "all sales are final" we offer warranties to reassure customers about the mower they're purchasing. Mind you that no other shop warranties used equipment. We then offered to give him another mower in exchange and that still wasn't good enough. We offered to exchange his mower and that we would go thru the one we sold him so that we could then sell that one to someone else. He isn't lying when I said sometimes doing good business means not doing business with people like you. That's a fact. He was impossible to please and when someone is causing us more issues than they are benefiting the company it's time to move on. We did all that we could and he wasn't willing to do his part. We were threatened multiple times that he would be going to social media to try to give us a bad name(which he has) and we STILL offered to look at his mower free of charge. My assumption is that he purchased a different mower for a better price and he just wants to have his money back. We have a policy for a reason. We did all that we could other than show up at his door step in our busiest part of the season. Not to mention our company truck has been broken down. I offered to do that not knowing the severity of our truck. How much more could we possibly do to satisfy him without giving him his money back? It's just weird that when we use it the mower worked perfect and without any issues and then with him it has all these random issues. He knows where we're located and could've brought it to us at any given time. So because we didn't show up at our busiest season or didn't give him his money back he has now gone this far. Thankfully his bashful reviews have gone somewhat under the radar because he's trying to make us seem like scammers when we're not. He is the first person we have had issues with on a mower we have sold in over 2 years. So out of 30+ mowers with all positive feedback I find it hard to believe his statements are true. But one of the only ways we will work on this mower is if he removes his negative, fsulty reviews and statements. He posted screen shots where we hadn't gotten back to him because again this is our busiest season but didn't post any of the ones where we offered everything listed above. We have gone above and beyond to help him and this is what we got in return. Even with all of the crap he's said and done we have still offered to look at his mower. So for the final time we have done our part. Now it's time for him to do his.
