Being a life long Beverly resident, this dealership has had it's ups and downs to say the least. When we were drawn toward Mr. [redacted]'s lot one afternoon to a shiny black BMW for our 19 year old daughter who is going to college, after a test drive drive, we were sold! All we needed was a $200 deposit and to sign on the dotted line. Bright eyed and bushy tailed, we spent the $75 our mechanic charged to look the car over and he found a few things to be "just not right" for a car that old. We brought the list to [redacted] and with a small price adjustment, he agreed to fix the problems. After discussing this between ourselves and with [redacted], we decided it best that a car of that type and age would be to expensive for a collage student to maintain. Mr. [redacted] , obviously not happy to lose a sale, thanked us anyway for our time, refunded our $200 deposit and said he would keep looking for something more reasonable. For a used car salesman, [redacted] did OK by me.

[redacted] is such a great guy... He is very honest, and would do anything to help anybody get into a new car. Helped me out with no cash down, and he gave me a great deal on my trade in... Definitely recommend them to friends, family... Can't wait to buy my next car from him
