KNC Contracting is completely incompetent. Absolutely the worst work contractor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. KNC attempted to repair my roof, and only made the leaks worse. I was forced to hire another contractor to correct KNC's terrible repairs, only to have KNC take me to small claims court to collect money for work that had to be replaced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

KNC Contracting was attentive to my needs and performed to my expectations. I appreciate their responsiveness and was very pleased with the quality of work. Would recommend to anyone

KNC and Kirk and his crew did a beautiful job of repairing, painting my condo after water damage from the unit about me caused problems. They were on time, did great repairs and were available if any changes would have needed to be made. Great customer service from the office and each of the repairmen involved. Kirk was readily available to check on the work too. Thank you KNC for everything you did for me. I added on work to put in spots in my living room and could not be happier. I would recommend you for any repair or new work.

Review: On Sept 10, 2014 I began conversations with the owner [redacted] regard interior water damage on the ceiling of my rental property that they had installed a new roof a few years ago (the vinyl tile has a 30 year warrantee), He said some one would come by and it appears that some one did come by to look at the roof however no one has done any interior repairs.Desired Settlement: Finish the Job. Determine and replace/ repair what caused the leak. Repair/replace any damaged tiling on the rook where the leak occurred. Repair the interior water damage.

It's been a year now. They have finally stopped the house roof from leaking by throwing tar on top of the shingles. The main bathroom ceiling was repaired but a part of the repair didn't hold. The main kitchen repair is holding but the ceiling does slightly dip in places because of the moisture and water damage from the roof. Their customer service has proved to be totally substandard like their work. We have been ignored, had no-shows, lied to, tried to twist the blame to my brother, shingles not laid properly causing more damage, and said they would replace our items used by them. We have been waiting for George to come back to our house since Jan. I'm tired of calling and shouldn't have to. I will never recommend this company for anything or to anyone.
