Via our in-house electronic archived order system, we confirmed that the customer did place two orders for two different air filters, but they
never requested a return or refund

I am on their website at this very minute and they list the product # XX-XXXX filter for a "HYUNDAI Sonata Hybrid 2.4L LF/I - All"So they are lyingI have received the return shipping label as they said and will return the filter as discussedI will not be doing any further business with this company and will not recommend anyone else to do so either

The company did finally get the kit to fit my vehicle

Though K&N tested the customers filter and could not cause it to leak, provided the customer with a video showing the filter under test, we will in the interest of Goodwill send the customer a check for $152.99.

K&N received an email from the customer on 28-Feb-2017 advising that the oil filter purchased did not fit their vehicle. On 01-Mar-2017, a response from [email protected] was sent to the customer advising that K&N does not offer an oil filter for their vehicle along with the return number...

R[redacted]9, return instructions, and address so the oil filter could be returned to K&N for a refund. As of 05-Apr-2017, K&N has not received the product, therefore a refund has not been issued. At this time, K&N is going to issue refund for the order as a goodwill gesture.
