K&N received an email from the customer on 28-Feb-advising that the oil filter purchased did not fit their vehicleOn 01-Mar-2017, a response from [email protected] was sent to the customer advising that K&N does not offer an oil filter for their vehicle along with the return number R [redacted] 9, return instructions, and address so the oil filter could be returned to K&N for a refundAs of 05-Apr-2017, K&N has not received the product, therefore a refund has not been issuedAt this time, K&N is going to issue refund for the order as a goodwill gesture
