I purchased a vehicle from this dealershipI immediately started having problemsThe headlights were different colorsI took the vehicle to [redacted] to get a free inspection/appraisalThey said the car had been paintedI took it to [redacted] who said the headlights could not be reapired under the warranty as one headlight was not a [redacted] lightThey also said the hood was a different color than the body and pointed out numerous indications the car had been paintedObviously the car either was not inspected as the dealership had claimed or it was inspected and they chose not to disclose the problemsThe car has obviously been involved in some type of damage or accident and was misrepresented by the dealershipI would never have purchased a car that had been involved in an accidentThis damage was not reported to either [redacted] or [redacted]
Car consumes an excessive amount of oilEven though Toyota recommends oil changes every miles there was no oil showing on the dipstick after milesAfter performing their oil consumption test they said this was normalThis is not normal!,, if I waited until miles before having my oil changed the motor would probably blow upI feel the dealer should stand behind the products they sell but apparently not
We have purchased a used toyota tacoma from ralph hayes toyota in august of In march of the support arm broke away from the frame due to rust and corrosion causing the truck to swerve onto oncoming traffic I have done some research and there has been a recall sent out to dealerships about the frames in We are still paying full price of the truck and have been without the vehicle for months They have put us in a rental car but that defeats the purpose of having a truck and I have currently done spent dollars in renting out trucks for my own use My question is why did this dealership sell a truck with a recall on the frame be sold to a customer in the first place? And why did they not check for recalls on all their vehicles?
