I WAS LIVID!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been driving around for hrs with no 3rd brake lightI could have gotten a ticket and would have had to spend even more time taking K O to court to pay this ticket and get it off of my recordI called K O and told the Front Man about thisHe was giving me instructions on how to reconnect it and then offered to come to me and reconnect itMy boyfriend reconnected this for meI told him the Revdex.com was going to get a nice review from meThis was beyond unacceptable and unprofessionalyears huh? That’s why the tint peeled in the first place, they didn’t take the brake out to properly place the tint on the bottom of the windowOf course this mistake called for closer inspectionThe tint at the top of the rear window was now peelingI called back and the Front Man tried to tell me this was bubblesWe learn what bubbles are at years oldNo the tint is not touching the window! He then proceeds to say that this has never happened, it must be the car*** is ***, *** is ***So they use a different kind of window than the other car manufactures? Their windows are made out of different materials than other car windows? I said they didn’t know what they were doing and that’s when I got the spill about having 15-years of experience…more like 15-minutes! He came to my boyfriend’s apartmentI have the text message to his cell phone to prove this and several people saw him including the Security GuardWhen he saw the tint, all of that yapping over the phone was goneHe was silentThe bubbles that are on the windows that he stated they didn’t tint over, SOME were now tintedWe asked him why some part was tinted and the other areas wasn’tThere was a long silence, because he knew they screwed up! The answer that he made up in his moments of silence was that the glue needs time to stick……..What????? As he’s pressing the edge of the window where the bubbles are, the tint sticks! There was also a nice size bubble still in the corner tint and he smoothed that outWhy wasn’t it smoothed out before?!?! If you smoothed it out now it could have been smoothed out at the shopAs K O’s Front Man left he said he would give me $if I came backIf you’re making house calls after a customer has been at your business twice already and you’ve had several hours to correct the mistake, you’ve screwed up! He should have had a check, gift card, something in hand when he made the house callAfter he left my boyfriend took a dry rag and wiped my windows offThere was a freaking hair in the freaking tintHow disgusting is that! The hair was thicker than the tintHow did they miss that!?!?!?!? I showed this to him the next dayHe said occasionally debris gets in the tintWell fix it before you give it back to the customer! He then said that they could buff it out……How in the heck are you going to buff anything out that’s INSIDE of a productYou could feel the hairI have pictures of the hair in the tintTHEN I ran into a *** *** *** a while laterAs I showed him my tint I was asking his opinion about the workOf course he said it was a horrible job and didn’t display years of experience, but stated that the window brake light is not supposed to be tinted overWhen I told K O’s Front Man about this he said that they got so many complaints when they cut out the tint for the brake light that they started tinting over itUm don’t you think that should be a question that you ask your customers???? My boyfriend and I spent hrs outside looking over my car, calling K O and having him come outWe had responsibilities for our jobs that we needed to handle that eveningI was too burnt out to complete my work• The Warranty is a jokeI went back the next week to ask for the Warranty infoI thought I was going to receive some kind of paper work specific to the Warranty and Guidelines or maybe I could register with the tint manufactureThe Front Man said as long as I have the receipt I’m goodSpeechlessK O’s Front Man is very questionable
• On 5/when I dropped my key off I asked the Front Man who does the tintHe stated that someone else does the tint and while laughing, stated that I did not want him to do my tintI did not find this amusing During my conversations with him on 5/he specifically stated multiple times in every conversation that we had that he was either working on my tint or he put a lot of work/hours in on my car that dayI’m highly confused, I thought he didn’t do tint• When I spoke to him the evening of 5/about the tint peeling AGAIN, brake light not being connected, tools left, and car not being put back together, he acted as if I had no right to be upset! As if I did these things to on my own car! He was upset with me for wanting it done correctly???? I don’t understand his demeanor towards me the paying customer who received poor work from his place of business!
• All of the mistakes K O made, he had an excuse for everyoneAbsolutely ridiculous excuses that made no sense what so everNone of it could be justifiedI hate to be talked to as if I’m stupidI think he was really mad because K O couldn’t get over on this African American Female• He stated that K O are the most reputable tint shop in the area…..Everybody I spoke to had never heard of them and didn’t know where they were locatedI advertised this tint job everywhere I wentNot only to co-workers and friends, but to strangers at *** ***, they gym, the mall, wherever since 4/and not one of these people that I asked for their opinion had ever heard of this place and the response “They jacked up your’ stuff!” was the most commonly used phraseI just wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy as K O was trying to make me feel like I was• After all of this foolery this guy thought I wanted them to still try and correct itClosing

• Part of car not properly re-assembled
• Car treated roughly

1. Inconsistent time frame for the same procedure
• 2 hours to tint 5 windows. (4/20/2016)
• 7 hours to peel and re-tint only the rear and the corners of both back windows, because there was a lack of sun light in spite of having the heating tool to remove the glue.
o Left my car at K O at 7am, co-worker brought me to work. I called around 930am and told the Front Man that I only had a ride on lunch time at 12pm and I would wait if it wasn’t ready. I also explained this to him the day before when I dropped my key off and he assured me it would be done by 12, a 3 hr time frame. A little after 12, I called him and he stated it would be 2 more hrs because there was no sun. He did not bother to call me before 12 and notify me that it would be a few more hours. Fortunately another co-worker was willing to bring me back after work. I called K O at 245pm car was still not ready, stated that they were finishing it up and it would be ready by the time I arrived. (5/11/2016)
• 4 hours to peel off all 5 windows and there was the same amount of sun as it was the day before. (5/12/2106)
• Had to hitch a ride with 3 different co-workers and inconvenience them on 5/11 and I took off of work on 5/12 to get the tint removed and my refund because I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone else or have K O’s product and work in my life any longer.
2. No consideration for your vehicle: [redacted]
• Car had been detailed on 5/9, I have the receipt. I get my car detailed every other week. My car wash, co-workers, friends, and family can verify the upkeep of my car.
• Car was spotless inside and out when I returned for the 2nd time on 5/11. My co-worker who picked me up from the shop that morning can vouch. Picked up car and it looked like I hadn’t washed it in 2 weeks. My leather seats had some kind of residue on them. I had to take a wet cloth and wipe my seat. My leather also had puncture marks on them. I have pictures to prove. I keep a utility blanket in my trunk to protect my leather if I need to. I brought the car with a small rip in the Driver’s Side back seat, my dealership can vouch for that. Other than that, there are no new and no other damage to my seats.
• On 5/12 I put the utility blanket in the back seat before leaving and of course it was not used. Had to wipe my seats again and had puncture marks. Would think they would cover your seats especially leather in a fairly new, luxury and spotless car.
• Hadn’t had my car washed in 3 weeks partly due to the fact K O instructed me not to as long as I saw bubbles (bubbles still present) and the weather. I went ahead and washed it anyways and noticed that my passenger side doors were badly scratched. I park at the far end of all parking lots to get exercise and not wanting anyone to hit my car. I check my body daily for incidents. I’ve only had this car for 8 months and I’m very proud of it. I highly believe K O scratched my car due to the care they displayed for my seats, and there were no scratches before they touched my car, but I can’t prove the damage on the outside being that it had been a few weeks before I noticed. I’ve never been in any accidents with any of my cars and none have never had body damage other than normal road wear to the front end and the glass that I always correct.
3. 15-20 years of experience is well represented
• K O's Front Man never took my name, never asked for it or addressed me by it. I paid with plastic on 4/20, not sure if he noticed or noted my name.
• My car was returned to me with the rear windows tint peeling off on 4/10. The Front Man told me it can take 5-10 days for the glue to settle and for the bubbles to go away. I’m no tint expert, but I know how it’s supposed to look and I have common sense. At this point I knew I was going to have a problem with this business and my tint wasn’t going to be correct. I knew this wasn’t going to resolve so to prove his ** I waited 14 days. Guess what, it peeled more and I still had nice size bubbles on my back corners.
• 5/11 he told me that the corners just needed heat, I knew that was ** as well. When I picked up my car he stated that they re-did the corners. DUH!!! He made it sound as if he had did me a favor.
• The 4 outer edges of my rear windows was not tinted. The Front Man said they don’t tint over the bubbles that’s on the window. Again, I am in no way an it as this guy assumed I was.
• 2 hrs after I picked up on 5/11. I went to put my purse in my trunk and saw that they had left a tool in my trunk. I showed my boyfriend who is a Mechanic and he said “let’s go take a look.” We then noticed a plastic clip, he knew there were more clips so we found the 3 others. The tool was used to remove the clips that hold the top of my trunk together. The top of my trunk was hanging down and my boyfriend knew why the clips had been removed. My brake light was not reconnected!!! I WAS LIVID!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had been driving around for 2 hrs with no 3rd brake light. I could have gotten a ticket and would have had to spend even more time taking K O to court to pay this ticket and get it off of my record. I called K O and told the Front Man about this. He was giving me instructions on how to reconnect it and then offered to come to me and reconnect it. My boyfriend reconnected this for me. I told him the Revdex.com was going to get a nice review from me. This was beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. 15 years huh? That’s why the tint peeled in the first place, they didn’t take the brake out to properly place the tint on the bottom of the window. Of course this mistake called for closer inspection. The tint at the top of the rear window was now peeling. I called back and the Front Man tried to tell me this was bubbles. We learn what bubbles are at 2 years old. No the tint is not touching the window! He then proceeds to say that this has never happened, it must be the car. [redacted] is [redacted], [redacted] is [redacted]. So they use a different kind of window than the other car manufactures? Their windows are made out of different materials than other car windows? I said they didn’t know what they were doing and that’s when I got the spill about having 15-20 years of experience…more like 15-20 minutes! He came to my boyfriend’s apartment. I have the text message to his cell phone to prove this and several people saw him including the Security Guard. When he saw the tint, all of that yapping over the phone was gone. He was silent. The bubbles that are on the windows that he stated they didn’t tint over, SOME were now tinted. We asked him why some part was tinted and the other areas wasn’t. There was a long silence, because he knew they screwed up! The answer that he made up in his moments of silence was that the glue needs time to stick……..What????? As he’s pressing the edge of the window where the bubbles are, the tint sticks! There was also a nice size bubble still in the corner tint and he smoothed that out. Why wasn’t it smoothed out before?!?! If you smoothed it out now it could have been smoothed out at the shop. As K O’s Front Man left he said he would give me $75 if I came back. If you’re making house calls after a customer has been at your business twice already and you’ve had several hours to correct the mistake, you’ve screwed up! He should have had a check, gift card, something in hand when he made the house call. After he left my boyfriend took a dry rag and wiped my windows off. There was a freaking hair in the freaking tint. How disgusting is that! The hair was thicker than the tint. How did they miss that!?!?!?!? I showed this to him the next day. He then said that they could buff it out……How in the heck are you going to buff anything out that’s INSIDE of a product. You could feel the hair. I have pictures of the hair in the tint. THEN I ran into a [redacted] a while later. As I showed him my tint I was asking his opinion about the work. Of course he said it was a horrible job and didn’t display 15 years of experience, but stated that the window brake light is not supposed to be tinted over. When I told K O’s Front Man about this he said that they got so many complaints when they cut out the tint for the brake light that they started tinting over it. Um don’t you think that should be a question that you ask your customers???? My boyfriend and I spent 3 hrs outside looking over my car, calling K O and having him come out. We had responsibilities for our jobs that we needed to handle that evening. I was too burnt out to complete my work.
• The Warranty is a joke. I went back the next week to ask for the Warranty info. I thought I was going to receive some kind of paper work specific to the Warranty and Guidelines or maybe I could register with the tint manufacture. The Front Man said as long as I have the receipt I’m good. Speechless.
4. K O’s Front Man is very questionable
• On 5/10 when I dropped my key off I asked the Front Man who does the tint. He stated that someone else does the tint and while laughing, stated that I did not want him to do my tint. I did not find this amusing. During my conversations with him on 5/11 he specifically stated multiple times in every conversation that we had that he was either working on my tint or he put a lot of work/hours in on my car that day. I’m highly confused, I thought he didn’t do tint.
• When I spoke to him the evening of 5/11 about the tint peeling AGAIN, brake light not being connected, tools left, and car not being put back together, he acted as if I had no right to be upset! As if I did these things to on my own car! He was upset with me for wanting it done correctly???? I don’t understand his demeanor towards me the paying customer who received poor work from his place of business!
• All of the mistakes K O made, he had an excuse for everyone. Absolutely ridiculous excuses that made no sense what so ever. None of it could be justified. I hate to be talked to as if I’m stupid. I think he was really mad because K O couldn’t get over on this African American Female.
• He stated that K O are the most reputable tint shop in the area…..Everybody I spoke to had never heard of them and didn’t know where they were located. I advertised this tint job everywhere I went. Not only to co-workers and friends, but to strangers at [redacted], they gym, the mall, wherever since 4/20 and not one of these people that I asked for their opinion had ever heard of this place and the response “They jacked up your’ stuff!” was the most commonly used phrase. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy as K O was trying to make me feel like I was.
• After all of this foolery this guy thought I wanted them to still try and correct it.

Hopefully they will spare themselves future embarrassment and their customer’s future headaches and tint correctly. I have pictures of everything I described. I have witness of everything I described. I had witnesses that heard the phone and in-person conversations that I had with K O’s Front man. I would rather be doing something else than writing this right now. I would have rather have tint on my car and no scratches. Other than K O’s Front Man, I never saw any of the other workers, I don’t know anyone associated with this business. I have no reason to make any of this up.
