I spoke with [redacted] and went over to her home we both looked over the vehicle seen that she had overfilled the reservoir that caused the coolant leakWe had her bring the car in the next day and we got everything back to the correct levels and cleaned the belt so that the noise would stopAt this point she is now driving her vehicle noise and leak free.Thank you,Charles S***
