We were unaware of anything that was wrong until we received a letter from [redacted] on 3/5/ We contacted him immediately and had one of our guys go out there to fix any issues that homeowner had As you can see on the attached email from [redacted] ***, this was handled to the homeowner satisfactionI hope this clears up everything for usThank you
