K & S Plumbing Services' technician was on time, very professional and wearing a face mask (both for our and his safety, and we greatly appreciate it). He solved our problem with diligence and also gave us a few tips regarding our appliance's maintenance. Highly recommend.

I was completely satisfied with the work performed by Brian of K&S. He replace an old water line with a pex product which should last decades. Excavation work from street to house and cleanup were excellent. The new pex line in the basement was installed with excellent service. I was assigned K&S Plumbing via my home insurance company (America's Home Shield) due to leaky faucets. I had an issue with them regarding providing a matching faucet on a double vanity bathroom sink. I was requesting that I get a matching faucet due to the fact that the other sink had been replaced by K&S only 3 weeks prior and there should have been no issue with ordering the same faucet in such a short time frame. The receptionist, Tiffany, demonstrated a very nasty attitude as I tried to explain the issue and as I was requesting to speak to the manager of the company, Tiffany hung up the phone on me. This company does not demonstrate any care for pleasing their customers and are willing to do a shabby job. The receptionist, who is the first representative for the company, when someone calls was very incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. They should take more time to choose and train the people who are directly dealing with the customers. This was not the first time that I requested to have the manager, Stephen, call me and I never got a return phone call. This was very lax and demonstrated no concern for pleasing his customers. I would like to say that the plumbers/technicians (Garrett and Tim) that came to my house seemed to be the best part of K&S plumbing and I hope that they are treated better as employees than I was as a customer. If you have a choice in who you use for your plumbing needs, don't choose this company. And if you do, I hope someone other than Tiffany answers the phone for you.

K&S was our third plumber for the same problem. We believed the problem could be fixed without tearing out sheetrock and drilling. After a quick phone call and trip to pick up the part, Jason fixed our water spigot without hundreds of dollars of work. K&S showed up before the appointment time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. We will call them again!
