I like to file the complain about this restaurant equipment supplier Mr[redacted], this person is fraud cheat and sell the fake broken and over priced merchandise, he refuses to cooperate and uses profanation when I asked him to resolve the issues. I have all the receipt of the merchandise I have purchased he didn't provide the entire merchandising. charged me for the hood overprice and charge me for the suppression test over price. when Mr [redacted] was suppose to schedule the test for suppression he completely refuse to pay the fire suppression company and ask me to pay more $3200.00 in order for me to complete the suppression test for the restaurant. I have all the receipt what I have paid him for broken merchandise and not complete ship items. I went to his business location to resolve this issue he used the profanity and ask me to leave my building. I am a new small business owner he had robbed me with broken merchandise . Our customer came in for equipment for her new restaurant It was understood that she preferred "used/as is " equipment from our backroom overstock versus "new". All equipment was put on a contract, agreed on by said customer and a copy was given. Our "used"/"as is" equipment has a 30 day warranty from "asked" delivery date provided by customer. This does not include servicing. All equipment was working when sold and delivered. The site was not ready at delivery time for equipment to be installed, however, she was insistent to have equipment delivered. At this time, it is well over 5 months. At present, we are still due over $4000.00. We are also due $900.00 for an exhaust fan and 2 curves for the roofing. We provided her with a "Paid In Full" invoice so she could get reimbursed from the landlord for the fit up costs, and to pay us in full. Until balance is paid in full, we are unable to assist her. We have already spent over $2500.00 to do the fire suppression test. In response to the profanity, she has been asked to leave our showroom for using extensive profanity to our office girls, as well as in the conference room with the owner on separate occasions.
