We informed Mr. [redacted] that we could work with the shipping company to recover the "lost" carton, but Mr. [redacted] stated that he wanted a Refund for the unit he was claiming to be missing. In good faith, we issued a Full Refund for QTY 1 Reznor UDAP 45 in the Amount of $705.00. Mr.[redacted] received a Copy of the Refund Statement.
