When customer called with problem she was informed that the owner was out of town due to a death, and would get back to Delmar when she came backAll packages are opened to verify correct content and no damageMachine was brand new and kept in our stock room with a variety of other products that are preorderedThese specific machines we had in stock do to discounted prices which this customer was givenTo prevent further conflict we upgraded her machine to a newer version, which was just receivedWe have taken a loss on the cost of the newer machine of $When Delmar had first called she was very rude to an employee and was told several times that the owners sister had passed away, and had to Waite till owner had come backI apologize for the late response I have been out of townUnfortunately my father also is fighting cancerThank you [redacted] K & S Sewing E Commercial Ave Lowell IN 219-690-
