It is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] has not brought his concerns to me directly and felt the need to skip communication of his concerns and take it directly to Revdex.com I understand his frustration but we have always been able to be contacted At times there was a delay in response but there was always a response Mr [redacted] was a friend of a friend Our mutual friend came to KSE asking to help with Mr [redacted] s PV We decided to help and give an extremely great price to install PV Unfortunately there has been a lot of changes with HECO that caused many delays None of the delays affected his PV system to be running Mr [redacted] has his system up and running, it is the paper work that is the delay We hope to complete Mr [redacted] s paperwork with HECO very soon so he can move forward

Im in total awe reading the response letter from KSE because the only reason I turned to Revdex.com is because I felt KSE lacked communication with me the customerI met kaulana and anela through a friend awhile back and noticed they were a nice couple and overall good people, when told they can do my pv install I felt very confident and greatful for them to be my contractorThe actual job itself was done perfectly with no complaints on my behalf, its actually the closing of my job that I have been having problems with, heco has told me there not sure if ill even get my nem because we had already exhausted my day extension which was given in august The reason I installed my system is because I knew heco was doing away with the nem and wanted to get it done before the program ended which was in october Because my permits and everything was approved and my system installed in sept I was told I was grandfathered in and need not worry however now march hecos not sure if ill get my nemI would never ruin the reputation of any individual nor business for anythingI just want my job closed out and my nem executed, I understand heco plays a big part in executing my nem however everytime I call they either havent gotten the information needed or the information given was incorrectI recently spoke to kaulana after he was contacted by Revdex.com and explained that I was sorry for taking such action but if he could understand the situation from my shoes, he said he did and was also apologeticWe both I feel are
