I have tried to work with Mrs*** to resolve this issue It is unfortunate that we could not come to some sort of mutual agreement I have chosen to to just refund her the amount of $ She indicated in her letter that he found someone else to do the repairs
I wish her all the best in fixing her home I feel I went above and beyond to try to please her and even did extra in fixing other loose bricks I mailed check # in the amount of $on 8/31/17. sincerly *** Schoeder
