The stairs Yard Kings made for us are quite narrow - when descending - is very unsafe, specially for *** childrenI'm not sure what standard was used for these, but each stair is narrow then 8-inches or cm, which is not even having the length of a sole-foot
We noticed the sand on the stairs is falling apart, and considering Yard Kings offered warranty, I believe is the obligation of yard Kings to come and complete the sanding part, which is still outstanding, even if we paid the amount of money we agreed in full
I tried to call the company a few times, left a voice mail on August the 7th, and I also have written an email on July 31st, but no reply from his side
