Review: Ksport is advertising a product that is special order only. Made to fit. End results once I received product it didn't fit like advertised. I called they say sorry out of luck. I didn't get a "No I'm sorry let's see if we can correct it". They say they can't make it. So not only did I spend $1,200 on the part but now I'm spending more money just to fix there mistake and my money still hasn't been refunded. I spoke to a [redacted] who claims to be the only person working at ksport. He laughed and became aggressive right from me stating who I was and the problem. This is not business and for them to say o well I can't help you at all its not right. I have original invoice that shows product should fit the make, model, and year.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund. Product needs to no longer be advertised for my model of vehicle. Special order the correct part. Something for the labor at the shop to find out product didn't fit.
